Our skill levels are further broken down by the distinction A or B.
A: An athletes first time enrolling into a particular skill level (Intro, Novice, or Intermediate)
B: An athlete that is participating in the same skill level for the second time, or has prior experience in the class they are participating in
Intro- For athletes who are just being introduced to Trampolining, or for those who have never done lessons at Airhouse before. Athletes learn the core movements and skills on the trampoline, aided by a certified trampoline coach.
- This level builds on the Intro class and is tailored towards those athletes who have previously done a trampoline lesson at Airhouse or have equivalent ability and strength, who now want to expand their progression on the trampoline. Athletes continue to learn the core movements and skills on the trampoline, aided by a certified trampoline coach.
- For athletes who have experience on the Trampoline and have completed Novice Lessons. Athletes work with a certified trampoline coach to develop their core skills and mobility on the trampoline in a supportive environment.
